Removed the bathtub and designed a huge shower space with a place to sit down. Custom recessed shelves and beautiful tiles all around.

Removed the ceiling fan and design with the recessed lights into a very nice pattern. The living room space is lit and looks grander.

This style is called waterfall design with a beautiful granite counter.

Beautiful custom cabinets, granite, lights and carefully selected mirror & accessories are on point.

Instead of having 1 single light when you can have lights located to brighten up the kitchen and it does not gather dusts.

The old deck was on the second floor and it was in a very poor shape so people could fall from the second story. All the wood beams were also falling apart so it was reinforced and all the wood planks have been waterproofed.
